Welcome to the much delayed March issue of FEFS. I've been suffering from an RSI and therefore had to take some time off from using computers. If you use a computer for more then one hour at a time, I'd strongly suggest you take a look at the Typing Injury FAQ, it may save you from a great deal of pain.
This issue features the first in a monthly series of how-to articles by Michael Bavota as well as some very powerful fiction. Also new in this issue is the use of HTML Style Sheets for formatting. If things look different, that's probably why. If you find this format hard to read or otherwise unpleasant, please let me know. As always, your comments are welcome.
